With limited ocean frontage to work with, the scope of Palma Real included earthwork and grading elevation plans to increase the height of the site in certain areas and open a number of view corridors to maximize the number of ocean view units.  The configuration of buildings designed by EcoPlan creates private entries for each of the units as well as private outdoor garden spaces in the back of the units.
