Scope: Master Planning and Landscape Architectural Site Design through Construction

EcoPlan developed the Master Plan for this gated resort community including single-family and condominium housing as well as a retail village and recreational amenities. This approximately 175-acre site rises dramatically to offer spectacular views of the Bahia Coco beach from almost every angle. EcoPlan also provided full site design documentation for the project site including landscape planting design, pool design, road layout and hardscape design.
