Planned as an ultra-exclusive, low-density woodland community, this project offers marsh, lake, woodland, and golf lots on a Tom Fazio designed course.  Frederica also includes a new golf clubhouse with adjacent golf “cottages,” a boathouse and recreation center, dozens of lakes and boating opportunities, an extensive native bird rookery, and 14 miles of hiking and pedestrian trails.
