Scope: Site Design Including hardscape, landscape, water features and landscape lighting

This office complex located in Barra da Tijuca, just outside of Rio de Janeiro, includes several office towers, a shopping center, a hotel, and a telecommunications center. Phase One included five office buildings. EcoPlan prepared the design for the urban “streetscape” and site work, much of which was over structured parking. Drawings were taken through the Design Development phase and included several water features, hardscape, landscape and lighting.
