Located on the beach north of Cartagena, Karibana was designed to be a resort-style residential project, catering to local, second-home buyers.  To achieve that level of luxury, Karibana includes many amenities: a challenging world-class golf course by Nicklaus Design, marina, feature pools, beach club, spa, village shopping center, offices, and hotel.  The first phase opened in December 2011 and the Conrad Hotel opened in  2018.
