Lauderdale Yacht Club
The clubhouse renovation of this historic yacht club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is slated to open in the Summer of 2020. EcoPlan is providing site and landscape design services from conceptual design through construction documents and construction administration. Fellow consultants on this project include SPINAOROURKE + Partners, Flynn Engineering, Miller Construction, and Doug Watt, Inc.
Hilton Garden Inn, St. Pete Beach
EcoPlan is happy to be working for OTO Development on the renovation of this former Howard Johnson's in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Our services will include landscape and hardscape design for all exterior spaces. The opening is scheduled for mid-2020.
Pipestem Resort State Park
EcoPlan is excited to be working with Pipestem Adventures, West Virginia State Parks and the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources on the master planning of new adventure center at the beautiful Pipestem Resort State Park near Beckley, West Virginia.
Aqua, Seven Mile Beach
Currently under construction on Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman Island, this luxury condominium consists of just ten residences starting at 3,850 sf in size. A sleek and modern infinity pool will be the main amenity for residents. Aqua exemplifies the height of beachfront living. Our work for this project is under the direction of Bronte Development of Grand Cayman.
Palawan, Philippines
EcoPlan is currently preparing the land use plans for this group of islands in the Palawan Province of the Philippines. Working with the local government, residents, and landowners, EcoPlan is preparing the overall land use plans which will include cultural and environmental protection zones, a marine reserve, village expansion areas, improved social amenities for residents and a luxury eco-resort.
1700 Plantation Pointe
A further extension of the 77-acre Plantation Pointe corporate campus project comes a 4-story Class A office building (148,000 sf) and adjacent 3-level parking garage (840 spaces). Re-imagined plaza spaces, outdoor recreation, and pedestrian connectivity will transform the outdated tech campus into a more pedestrian and user-friendly professional campus with contemporary office amenities required in today's market. Fellow consultants include Kimley-Horn and Wright Heerema Architects. The project is being built by Moss Construction. The opening is scheduled for late-2020.
1710 and 1720 Plantation Pointe
This latest proposed development at the former Motorola Campus in Plantation Florida includes an 11-story, 504,000 sf office, and parking tower along with a 6,200 sf 3-bay retail building. This project is currently going through the entitlement phase and should break ground in mid- 2020. Fellow consultants include Kimley-Horn, Wright Heerema Architects and OKW Architects.
