Scope: Conceptual Design through Design Development and Construction Administration for hardscape, landscape, and water features

In conjunction with the renovation of the Cloister Hotel and Spa at Sea Island, the Cloister Beach Club was the third component of the overall Resort Complex to be remodeled.  The new club sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean, and in addition to the white sand beach, provides 20,000 square feet of ‘feature’ swimming pools including lap, family, children’s and ‘quiet’ areas.
