Scope: Conceptual Design through Design Development and Construction Administration for hardscape, landscape, and water features

Working together with the ownership and the design team, EcoPlan’s scope in this community clubhouse upgrade included a resort-style pool with water features, interactive fountain, terraces, croquet lawn, and tennis center. 

EcoPlan recently completed an extensive common area landscape upgrade which included new landscaped entrances, entry drive medians, 9th hole landscape buffer and extensive annual flower plantings throughout the campus.
