EcoPlan provided design services from conceptual development through construction administration for the renovation of this historic landmark resort on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. The scope of work included new entrance paving and landscape treatment, renovation of water features, swimming pools, spas, decks and gardens over structured parking. This renovation was completed in January 2003.
